Herbarium Fellows Attend First Annual Meeting of TN Conservation Alliance

The first annual meeting of the Tennessee Plant Conservation Alliance (TPCA) was held at Austin Peay University on March 5. Dr. Evans attended the meeting along with Herbarium Fellows, Angus Pritchard and Lillian Fulgham. Dr. Evans continues to serve on the steering committee of the TPCA, which he helped to launch in 2017. Also attending the meeting were Caitlin Elan and Jack Duffus, both former students of Dr. Evans (seen here in the picture above). Caitlin is currently a botanist with the TN Department of Environmenta and Conservation and Jack works for the Land Trust for Tennessee. It was great to catch up with both of them!
