Article About Herbarium and Evans Lab Research in Sewanee Purple

Sewanee Purple published an article about the history of the Sewanee Herbarium and the research students that have worked with Dr. Evans.  Article also gives the history of how Dr. Evans, as Director of the Landscape Analysis Lab at Sewanee, worked to promote the biological diversity of the Cumberland Plateau and end the conversion of native hardwood forests to pine plantations in the southeastern United States.
