My Advance Conservation Biology class established a long-term fire experiment on the Domain in 2010. This year, the class got to experience the plots being burned for the third time. The experiment looks at the impact of invasive white pine removal by fire and clipping on hardwood regeneration. This is the longest running experiment involving fire on the Domain.
